You would keep the adult tennis program running day to day. That means supporting lessons, competitive and social events, and the scheduling and staffing behind them. You would lead and coach the program team and solve operational and service issues quickly. On the floor, you are the leader that members and coaches turn to.
This is a salaried supervisor role on site, with total compensation of $65,000 to $92,000 a year that combines salary and a coaching rate. The final figure depends on experience and other factors. You need experience in racquet sports operations and the ability to lead team members.
