Terms of use

The rules for using our coaching job sites and app.

Draft: not yet reviewed by a lawyer.

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover our sports coaching job websites, our phone app and our emails (together, "the service"). By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data, and our refund policy explains payments and refunds. Employers also agree to our employer terms.

Please read the "Disputes and arbitration" section. It says that disputes between you and us go to binding arbitration, one person at a time, and not to court, and that you give up class actions and jury trials.

Who can use the service

You must be 18 or older and in the United States, and you confirm this when you sign up. One person, one account. Your account is for you alone: do not share it or your sign-in with anyone. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

What we provide

We gather coaching jobs from employer websites, job boards and job feeds, and we list jobs that employers post with us. For jobs we gather, we show the facts, a short summary we write ourselves, and a link to the original posting.

We work to keep listings accurate and current, but we do not check every job and we cannot promise that a job is accurate, still open or right for you. Check the details with the employer before you rely on them.

We are not an employer or a recruiting agency, and we are not part of any hiring decision. Agreements about a job are between you and the employer.

Coach accounts

A free account lets you search jobs, save jobs and track your applications. Coach Pro, when it is offered, adds more, such as full job details, how to apply, saved searches and alerts. Paid plans have their own terms, which we show before you buy.

A renewing plan renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and you keep what you paid for until the end of the period you paid for. Moving up to a longer plan is prorated. Payments are final: no refunds, except where the law requires one. Our refund policy has the details, and it also covers what employers buy.

AI help writes drafts only. We never send an application for you. Read every draft before you use it: what you send is your responsibility.

Keep your profile true. If you upload a résumé and your profile is complete, employers with directory access can find you in the coach directory unless you hide your profile, as our privacy policy explains.

Refund policy

Employer accounts

Posting a job is free. Jobs you post or claim must be real, lawful, accurate and open, and must not discriminate against applicants unlawfully. Do not charge applicants to apply.

Use what you learn about coaches (their profiles, résumés and applications) only to hire for your organization. Do not sell it, share it, or add coaches to mailing lists without their consent.

We may review, edit for format, hide or remove any job, and we may verify your organization before it can use some features.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you post, such as your profile, your résumé and your job listings. You give us permission to store, process and show it as needed to run the service, including to the people you share it with.

Do not post anything you do not have the right to share, or anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.

Our listings and your right to use them

The service belongs to us or to those who license it to us. That includes our job listings as we gather, check, organize and present them, the summaries we write, and our websites and app.

We give you a personal, limited right to use the service: to look for work for yourself, or to hire for your own organization. You may not use it for anything else. This right ends when your account ends or when you break these terms.

A paid plan buys access for one person (Coach Pro) or one organization (employer products). It does not buy our listings or our data, or any right to collect, keep or reuse them in bulk.

Rules for everyone

  • Do not scrape, crawl, mine or harvest the service or its data, whether with bots, scripts, browser extensions or any other automated tool, or by copying by hand in bulk.
  • Do not copy, download, resell or republish our listings, and do not share details shown only to members (such as the employer, contact person and how to apply) with people who are not members.
  • Do not use our listings or data to build or feed another job board, database, data set or AI model.
  • Do not share, sell or transfer your account or sign-in, or let anyone else use it.
  • Do not open more than one account, or open a new account after we limit, suspend or end one.
  • Do not get around, test or interfere with our limits, bot checks, access rules or security, for example by using many accounts, changing IP addresses or hiding that a program is using the service.
  • Do not use the coach directory to collect contact details or to contact coaches outside our invitations.
  • Do not pretend to be someone else, send spam, or harm the service or its users.

We set limits on how much each account can see and do, such as how many full job details it can open each day. We may change these limits at any time.

Removal requests and copyright

If a job on our site is yours, is wrong, shares private information or copies content you own, use our removal form. We aim to act within 1 business day of a confirmed request.

Suspending or ending accounts

You can delete your account at any time in your settings.

We watch how accounts and devices use the service, to keep it safe and to find abuse, such as scraping, bulk copying and shared accounts. Our privacy policy says what we record.

We may limit, suspend or end any account, and block any person or device from the service, at any time, at our sole discretion and without notice. We may do this for any reason, including when we suspect abuse, even if we cannot prove it, and when an account breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

When we suspend or end an account, access to it stops, including anything paid for. We do not refund any payment for that account, unless the law requires it.

We may also take legal action against anyone who scrapes, copies or misuses the service, and seek every remedy the law allows. Between you and us, the "Disputes and arbitration" section says how.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond those written in these terms, and we are not responsible for jobs, employers, applicants or outside websites we link to.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost wages or lost opportunities, that come from using the service.

Disputes and arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Talk to us first. If you have a dispute with us, email us and describe it, and we will try to settle it with you within 30 days. We will do the same before we bring a claim against you.

Binding arbitration. If we cannot settle it, you and we agree that every dispute or claim between you and us that comes from or relates to the service, these terms, our privacy policy, our refund policy or any payment will be decided only by binding arbitration before a neutral arbitrator, and not in court. This includes any dispute about whether this section applies or can be enforced.

The arbitration provider, its rules and where arbitration takes place will be named here. Fees are paid as that provider's rules for consumer disputes say. The arbitrator can give you, as an individual, the same relief a court could, and the decision is final, except for the limited review the law allows.

One person at a time. You and we may bring claims against each other only individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action. The arbitrator may not combine the claims of different people, or give relief to anyone other than the person who brought the claim.

No court and no jury. You and we give up the right to sue in court and to have a jury trial.

Small claims court. Instead of arbitration, either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court, if it qualifies there.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Which state's law governs the rest of these terms will be named here.

If the ban on class and representative actions cannot be enforced for a claim, that claim goes to court instead of arbitration, and only after the individual arbitration ends. If any other part of this section cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. This section still applies after your account ends.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we tell you by email or on the site before it applies. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
