Lead a major gifts program for tennis, working closely find, build relationships with and close gifts of $50,000 and up. You would write briefing memos, talking points and gift proposals, and keep the pipeline current. You would also design the system that tracks impact data for donors and the board.
This is a full-time role with a salary range of $95,000 to $105,000, eligible for bonus. Expect to work onsite at least four days a week, with one remote day allowed and heavy travel at times. A bachelor's degree is required, and tennis or youth sport familiarity is a plus but not required. The reason to apply is the chance to turn real program results into donor stories.
