Lead the major gifts program at a tennis-focused youth nonprofit, closing major gifts on your own and preparing the employer for donor meetings. You also own the system that tracks program results and turns them into reports for donors, the Board and funders. The job is hybrid, onsite at least four days a week, with heavy travel for donor visits at times.
You need a bachelor's degree, a track record closing nonprofit major gifts, and comfort with data and donor databases. Tennis or youth sport experience is a plus, not required. The role is full-time and eligible for a bonus.
