Manage adult tennis programs at a tennis club. You would recruit, train, schedule and evaluate the tennis pros who teach the group lessons, help build the curriculum and keep an eye on the budget. You would also teach group and private lessons yourself, and step in as manager on duty when the club manager is away.
It is a full-time, salaried role with about 30 hours of admin work and 10 hours of group teaching each week. Weekday hours run 8:30 to 5, and you need to be free for evenings and weekends. You need five years of supervisory experience, a 4.5 USTA rating and a driver's license. is preferred. The club is heavily used, so you would stay busy with leagues and lessons.
