Tennis Program Coordinator
NonprofitName with Pro
Los Angeles area
Run the day-to-day program for a youth program in a shared facility, where tennis is paired with college and career readiness. You would supervise full-time and part-time staff and mentors, coordinate with partner organizations that share the space, and keep attendance records and reports, including for grant reporting. You would also be the daily contact for students and their families.
The role calls for a bachelor's degree and three to five years of program, youth development or sports administration experience, plus a tennis background. You need to work evenings and weekends, pass background checks, and hold a valid driver's license. CPR, First Aid and AED certification is needed within 30 days of hire. The base salary range is $75,000 to $90,000 a year, with an incentive bonus up to 5%. For a coach who wants to combine tennis with youth education, this is a clear match.
