Mentor student-athletes in swimming, tennis, track and field, and rowing as they aim to play college sports in the US. You would meet each student by video every few weeks, review their film with feedback, and help plan their recruiting path, including which camps and showcases to attend.
This is a fully remote role, starting as contract or part-time work, with your hours and number of clients set by your own schedule. It could grow into a full-time job later. You need solid knowledge of US college admissions and recruiting, experience playing or coaching at a top US university, and a real passion for mentoring teenagers.
