Run the day-to-day operations of the divisions in the South region, working alongside volunteer presidents and division boards. You would grow membership, plan one-day member events, handle budgets and expense reports, and keep divisional communications moving. You would also build partnerships with other racquet sports and industry groups.
This is a full-time, salaried role of 40 hours a week, done remotely, paying a base salary of $70,000 to $75,000 a year. You need a bachelor's degree, though an equivalent mix of education and experience may be considered, plus three to five years of professional experience in association, nonprofit, sports, hospitality, or event work. Expect occasional evenings, weekends, and a few traveling weekends a year. A good reason to apply: you would own the regional event calendar from venues and speakers to registration and sponsorships.
