Part-Time Tennis Shop Attendant

Run the tennis pro shop desk on weekends. You would book court times and lessons, answer calls, help members and guests, sell merchandise, and adjust court sheets when rain delays play. The job is part-time, 15 hours a week, on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30am to 4:00pm.

You need a high school diploma or GED and one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent mix. The role also calls for working knowledge of tennis, a real desire to work in customer service, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately, such as filling ice and water coolers.
