Tennis Facility Staff

Chicago area
Help tennis members find the right setup for their game at an athletic club. You'd string and restring racquets, keep the stringing machine running properly, and stay current on newer stringing methods. Along the way you greet members warmly, advise them on products and services, and help with inventory and deliveries.
They want someone who knows tennis retail products and has worked in a tennis setting before. Customer service has to be excellent, and good listening matters, since much of the job is understanding what a member needs. If you enjoy matching people with the right gear and getting a racquet ready for play, this is a hands-on role built around members.
