Athletic clubName with Pro
Dayton area, Ohio
Run a club's pickleball programming, from open play and clinics to leagues, tournaments and events. You would also teach revenue-generating on-court programs, promote pickleball to members and handle the scheduling, billing and member communication behind it. It is a full-time role, and you would work with the corporate racquet sports leaders on program changes.
You need a thorough knowledge of pickleball, experience teaching it, and experience planning events. Strong customer service skills and comfort with all age groups are required too. You must earn a pickleball teaching certification within six months of hire, and CPR and AED certification is required. IPTPA, PPR or USPTA credentials are preferred. Expect to lift up to 50 pounds.
