Pickleball Coach (part-time)
Athletic clubName with Pro
Near the Washington, DC area
Teach private pickleball lessons and group programs, run leagues and mixers, and involve members in tournaments and special events. You would also keep the pickleball facilities and equipment clean and in good shape, and work with the membership team on sales.
It is a part-time role paid by the hour, at the higher of $15 an hour or minimum wage, plus a 40% service incentive on eligible on-court revenue. You need some experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and good customer service and teaching skills. On-court teaching averages 30 or more hours a week, and IPTPA or PPR certification is preferred. The incentive ties part of your pay to the on-court revenue you help create.
