Junior Tennis Coach

Coach tennis players aged 14 to 18 at the junior transition stage, where the goal is getting players onto the top 50 pathway. You would coach top prospects directly, help assign training groups and travel weeks, and track each player's progress with the performance team. You would also travel to training centers, tournaments and events.

You need proven success coaching high-level junior players, ideally in the 14 to 18 age group, plus solid knowledge of women's development pathways. Strong leadership and collaboration skills matter. The role is hybrid but requires on-site work and frequent travel. Former competitive play or coaching experience is preferred but not required.
