Junior Director of Tennis
Other employerName with Pro

Run the junior side of a tennis operation for an other employer, with high-performance players at the center. You handle the program budgets, coach on court, and put together the coaching staff by recruiting, scheduling and mentoring them. At tournaments you map out the calendar and keep your coaches organized.
Twice a year you evaluate players and gather feedback from their parents. You also host a welcome meeting for families and an event at the end of the year to recognize players. The hours run at least 20 a week. For a coach who wants to lead juniors across camps, clinics and tournaments, the role pairs real leadership with plenty of time on court.
