Director of Tennis

Lead the racquet sports program as its director. You would teach private and group tennis, run clinics, leagues and tournaments, and develop junior and adult programs. You would also keep the courts and equipment in shape and handle daily admin such as payroll and inventory.

This is a full-time role that requires RSPA certification and a required minimum of coaching experience, plus a background as a Head Professional or Director. Pay is a base salary with a monthly percentage of revenue and lesson commissions, and health benefits and a retirement plan come with it. You get the whole program to shape.
