Director of Tennis

Run the sport side of a club as its the employer, with fitness, the racquets program (tennis) and the front desk all under your direction. You would lead the fitness and racquets directors, the front desk manager and their teams. Much of the job is building relationships with members and setting clear expectations for staff.

This is a full-time role that reports to the general manager, and it includes a bonus and commissions. It calls for a leader with sound business judgment and operational discipline, who can expand participation.
