Lead the racquets program as director, building tennis and pickleball programming for juniors, adults and high-performance players. You would run leagues, events and tournaments, hire and lead a team, manage the budget and payroll, and lead the marketing.
This is a full-time role with early mornings, evenings and weekends. You need several years of leadership experience in tennis or racquets management, plus a USPTA or PTR certification. A pickleball certification is preferred. Success is measured by revenue growth, participation and court use, so it suits a coach who wants to be judged on results.
