Director of Racquet Sports

Lead the racquet sports program across tennis, pickleball and squash. You would run tennis clinics and private lessons, organize leagues, round robins and tournaments, and build programs for adults, juniors and seniors. You would also lead and train the racquet staff, keep the courts in shape and manage the department budget.

This job suits a coach ready to step into management. You need, at least four years of racquet sports programming or management, and a recognized certification from a pickleball organization. Three years of running clinics or lessons and two years of organizing member events are also required. Two years supervising a racquet staff would help, though it is only preferred.
