Director of Racquet Sports
Private clubName with Pro
Durham area, North Carolina
Lead a tennis and pickleball program as its director, working with the coaches and support staff who run it. You would plan lessons, clinics, tournaments and social events, keep the courts in good shape, and oversee the racquets shop and stringing.
It is a full-time role with a base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 a year. You keep 100% of lesson income and could earn a year-end bonus of 10% of salary. The job calls for at least three years directing a racquets program and an RSPA certification or an equivalent. A bachelor's degree is preferred, not required, and you would need to be on the courts often during busy play.
