Lead the racquet sports side of a club for tennis, pickleball and padel. You set the strategy, run daily operations, manage the budget and build programs for junior and adult players, and you still get on court for selected private lessons, clinics and events.
This is a full-time role. You need several years in a racquet sports director or similar leadership role, a tennis playing and coaching background, and English. Pickleball and padel experience is ideal. You must be authorized to work in the employer. It suits a director who likes both the business side and the coaching side.
