Director of Racquet Sports

Lead the racquet program at a club, running tennis and pickleball lessons, clinics, camps, leagues and tournaments. You would also oversee court scheduling, the employer and court care, and manage the department budget. You would recruit, train and mentor the assistant pros and shop staff, and be the face of racquet sports for members.

It is a full-time role with a competitive base salary plus commission. A high-level competitive tennis background is wanted, ideally at the collegiate level, and a college degree is preferred. Current RSPA or PTR tennis and RSPA or PPR pickleball certifications are preferred too. You get real ownership to shape the program's vision, plus a seat on the club's leadership team.
