Director of Racquet Sports

Lead the tennis and pickleball operation at a private club, setting its direction and building its programs. You would recruit, train and schedule the racquet staff, run lessons, clinics, camps, leagues and tournaments for juniors and adults, and manage budgets and retail.

It is a full-time role that needs a flexible schedule with evenings, weekends and holidays. You need a minimum of five years of racquet-sports experience, two of them in leadership at a private club, resort or academy, plus a strong tennis teaching background. USPTA, PTR or PPR certification is preferred, and pickleball knowledge is highly valued. The courts have hard and clay surfaces.
