Run the racquets side of a club as its tennis director, with tennis at the core and pickleball on site. You would build programming for juniors, adults and high-performance players, grow lessons, leagues and events, and lead a team of professionals while managing the budget.
It is a full-time role with early mornings, evenings and weekends, since the racquets business runs seven days a week. You need at least three years of leadership in tennis or racquets management. USPTA or PTR certification is preferred, and so is a college degree.
