Learn the tennis pro job as an apprentice, teaching private and group lessons on a part-time basis. You do not need USPTA or PTR certification to start, and the role is meant to build toward earning one. You would also help run member programs, tournaments and special events, and keep the courts and equipment in good shape.
A good fit for a newer coach who wants to grow into the pro role. You need a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire, and comfort working with all age groups.
