Help a head coach run a college tennis program as an assistant on the men's and women's teams. You would teach skills, evaluate players, plan practices and game preparation, help with scheduling, and take part in recruiting. You would also mentor student-athletes.
You need a bachelor's degree and demonstrated proficiency in tennis. Two years of intercollegiate coaching experience is preferred, and extensive college player experience can stand in for it. You bring communication, group presentation and team-building skills, and comfort with the employer.
