NonprofitName with Pro
Portland area, Oregon
Teach tennis as an instructor or site director at local parks, schools and recreation centers. As a site director, you would set up and take down equipment, check attendance, keep gear safe and stay until every participant has been picked up. Some programs run in extreme weather, from heavy rain to high heat.
This is a part-time, seasonal, hourly role, and you need reliable transportation to each site. Site directors must be 18 or older. Teaching experience and work with children and adults are preferred, and you must pass a background check. Most of the day is on court, with about 1% spent on lesson plans.
