Lead the tennis operation as Director of Tennis, with day-to-day ownership of the facilities and the staff who run them. You would handle hiring and training, budgets and labor costs, and city contracts, working closely with ownership and the senior executive team.
This is a full-time executive role for an experienced business operator with at least five years of progressive management experience. It pays a base salary of $80,000 to $120,000, based on experience, and gives you real say over culture, team structure and programming.
