Run a racquets business that operates seven days a week, with tennis and pickleball programs for juniors, adults and high-performance players. Day to day, you would drive lesson volume, leagues and events, hire and lead a team of staff, manage the budget and payroll, and lead the marketing.
This is a full-time role with early mornings, evenings and weekends. A USPTA or PTR certification, a pickleball certification and a college degree are all listed as preferred, and you need proven experience hiring and developing staff. Success is measured by revenue and participation growth, so you would be judged on results.
