Director of Tennis

Run daily operations at a tennis center branch, overseeing court programs, camps, clinics and mixers. You would manage coach schedules, train new coaches, check how drills and clinics run, and step in to cover classes or front desk when needed. You would also review payroll and inventory, document incidents and report safety concerns to senior management.

This is a full-time, in-person role with a base salary of $60,000 to $70,000 a year, plus 401(k) matching, paid time off and an employee discount. You need active tennis coaching experience and five years of team management, and a bachelor's degree is preferred. Expect evenings from 2 to 9 pm, one weekend morning from 8 am to 2 pm, and scheduled Manager on Call weekend and event shifts. For a coach ready to run a whole center, the main draw is leading the staff directly.
