Run all racquet sports operations at a facility, from programs and coaching to staff, tournaments and budget. In tennis terms, you would design training sessions, organize tournaments, and keep the equipment and facilities in good shape. You would also work with other amenity teams so guests get one smooth experience.
This is a full-time role. A bachelor's degree is required, along with interpersonal and communication skills. Professional certification in racquet sports coaching is a plus.
