Lead the employer program in a competitive junior setting. You would set the player-development plan and training curriculum, coach the elite groups yourself, and manage the coaching staff. You would also advise players and families on tournaments, rankings and college recruiting, and work with club management on scheduling and court use.
You need at least five years of high-level junior coaching experience and a record of developing sectional, national, collegiate or international players. PTR, USPTA or USTA the employer certification is preferred, and valid U.S. work authorization is required.
