Director of Racquet Sports

Run all racquet sport programming at a club, covering tennis and pickleball for every age group. You would organize clinics and private and group lessons, schedule leagues, round robins and tournaments, and promote club memberships to prospects. You would also keep the courts and equipment in shape and make sure the facilities are safe.

The job is on site, expects 40 hours a week, and reports to the general manager. You would supervise the other tennis employees, manage their schedules and performance, and prepare the department's yearly budget. You would lead the whole department, staff included.
