Run the racquets, fitness and aquatics side of a private golf and lifestyle club. You would oversee tennis and pickleball instruction, leagues and tournaments, plus the fitness center and the pool, and set the plan and budgets for all three areas. It is a full-time role.
You need five or more years of experience in athletic, recreation, fitness, racquet or club operations, with at least two years in leadership and a strong tennis and/or pickleball background. Expect evenings, weekends, holidays and special events. The role covers three areas at once, so you would shape tennis, pickleball, fitness and swimming programs under one plan.
