Resort or hotelName with Pro
Virginia Beach area, Virginia
Lead the racquet sports side of a membership club, with tennis and pickleball on the schedule. You would build programs for members and guests, plan social events and junior development, and oversee daily court upkeep. You would also run the tennis shop's stock and budgets and manage the staff.
You need at least three years as a racquet sports director or head professional, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and the employer certification, or real pickleball experience. Expect a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays. The job puts you in charge of the whole racquet side, from the courts to the shop.
